We take great care in sourcing, roasting, and packing every GooseKeeper product. If something arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right.
- Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Canada.
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
International orders are final sale.

Which items are eligible for return?
Defective or damaged items delivered within Canada and reported within 7 days of delivery are eligible for return upon review by our team.
Because many of our products are consumable and quality-sensitive, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or preference
- Incorrect items ordered by the customer
- Products opened or used (including coffee), unless defective
- Normal wear and tear
- Items sent back without approval
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the product so we can assist quickly.

Email us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure your inquiry includes:
- Your order number and region
- "Return Request" selected as your Reason for Inquiry
- A short description of the issue
Upon request, please send clear photos or videos of the item's damages and defects. Note that returns may only be processed on items delivered within Canada.
Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Returns shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

We do not currently offer exchanges.
If an item is defective or damaged, we’ll review the issue and provide a remedy—typically a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Once the eligible item is approved and received (if return shipment is required), we’ll inspect the item and confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the issue is confirmed as a defect or shipping damage.
